I know this is a laughable question

I know this is a laughable questions, but here goes:
I am running a report that includes several fields.
3 of them being City, State and Zip.
Most of my users are set for 800x600 resolutions.
One of the users does not see the 3 fields mentioned above.
She gets an error Name?# in each of those, which is similar to Excel when it runs out of room in the cell.
Why is it that is the only user that is having a problem?
Could it be a fonts problem?

Your user is may be suffering from invalid references on her workstation. Go into a code window and click Tools->References and look for MISSING: Yada, Yada on that workstation and replace what's missing.
