I know how to shudown sun interface, how to erase it?

that still shows in the configuration as configured, just shutodwn... I'd like it removed completely, what is the erase command?

go config t

go to the interface

type in "no shutdown" and thats it. Hit control Z and you are off and running... hopefully :)

If you want to remove the subinterface go to global config mode and type no int s0/0.2 and it will be gone.
