I know how to program Individual lines on a given
but what the trick assigning a "pool" key be it pool A
or B ....most trunks in Pool A

In line programming you assign the trunks to the line pool you want, A, B, etc. Then you assign the station access to that pool. You also have to set up the pool code (9, 8, etc.) so the station with access to the pool can use it.

A pool key is a Feature coded key. Program using F*3, press the button, enter F64 and the pool access code ie '9'. You must, of course, set up your pools to begin with much as Galfaro indicates above.
