I keep getting this message every t

I keep getting this message every time I launcg a homepage browser window

"Spybot S&D reports that you are want to download "Avenue A Inc". This is a known threat. Do you want to block this downlaod?"

I have gone as far as e-mailing Avenue A for info on how to stop this and uninstalling Spybot.....yet this continues......it is driving me nuts.

How do I get rid of this? Any ideas?

Open SpyBot.
Go to the IMMUNIZE section.
Under the "Permanently running bad download blocker for Internet Explorer" section, choose Block all bad pages silently...or hit Uninstall, whichever suits you.

I vote for uninstalling the bad guy, as it appears to be running constantly.

You might consider doing steps #1 - #3 in FAQ faq608-4650
