I just upgraded my Premiere 5.1 run

I just upgraded my Premiere 5.1 running on DVStorm to Premiere 6. The problem is I have to render in order to preview which I didn't have to do in premiere 5.1 because DVStrom is real-time. Everytime I enter to play, the message "Cannot open the alpha bitmap file" prompts. Does anyone know what the problem is? I really don't know what to do, it's taking longer which is ridiculous. Please help, thank you. Robyn
