I install Windows 2000 service pack 4 on our mail server which contain Exchange 5.5 sp4. But, after installing the SP the exchange server is unable to communicate. I went back and uninstalled the service pack but the problem is still happening. What should I do?

I installed SP6 for exchange server 5.5 on NT4 and now all exchange services are failed to start.
