So here is my situation:

2 bcm50 2.0 connected via VIP trunks H323.

Have a support number on BCM1 that uses CCR and routes it to Hunt group X. What options do I have to add DN from BCM2 and have them be part of HuntGroupX on BCM1? What are my other options?

And additionally, can I add an external number to hungroup? Maybe there is something else in BCM I can use to get this going?

Thanks in advance!!!

I don't think what your trying to do is possible.

You can't add the DN from BCM2 to the Hunt Group that was created in BCM1. You'll need to setup the hunt group to transfer the call off BCM1 to BCM2 and forward that call to your particular DN in BCM2.

If I transfer the call to BCM2, it will not come back to support VM. Not to mention that it will not ring on other DNs that are on BCM1.

Anything else I can do?

Correct.

So your call would route through all the DN's on BCM1 first and then transfer to BCM2 if no one is available. If your caller needs to leave a VM either your user can have them leave it in BCM2 or sent the call back to the VM in BCM1.

You could also have your calls directed to your "BCM1" vm after exhausting all available DN's in the Huntgroup and program the vm box that if they wish speak to a rep hit "0" and transfer that call to your person on "BCM2".
