I have XP Home Edition. I notice that in the control panel, hardware manager, my SCSI card icon has the exclamation mark (!). Yet my external drive which is connected to the SCSI works fine. I tried re-installing drivers but the "!" doesn't go away. Everything looks like it works fine, but the mark won't go away. Any insight on this?

When you right-click on the (!) device in device manager, and click properties, what is the message in the status box (ie: if it was okay, you would normally get Device Working properly...) This message would help in trouble shooting the problem...
