I have XML file need to get it into Excel 2000

My problem, received an XML file that was formerly an Office 2003 version of excel document. The person saved it as an XML file, then sent it to me. Now I want to read it again and I have Excel 2000. Does anyone know how I can convert it into excel 2000?? Is there
an XML to Excel untility or a way I can convert this?

Depending on the structure of your XML, this should be fairly easy. Perhaps you should publish an example row from the XML file?
