You will want to get the router and hub. They both do different things and alot of routers have a hub or switch built in. A hub will only allow you to get one computer on the internet unless you go with ICS then you will need to put 2 NIC cards in one of your PCs.
I just perfer to use the router.
If you choose the DSL router it will do Network Address Translation and let your LAN hide behind it and show only one public IP address. This adds some security. While on your LAN side you will have adress in the 192.168.1.1-254 range. Unless you chose to use another internal LAN ip scheme. I guess to sum it up and best answer your question try to get something like the linksys 4 port cable/DSL router. It will act as both the hub and the router.
