I have taken over an ArcServe 2k site w/ ~60 NT servers &~60 Solaris Servers. I have been fighting odd bugs for a few weeks, and have decided to re-install. We cannot find our paper license information.

Can I get it from the Existing Installation?

Save the file ca.olf in the CA_LIC directory of all Windows machines that you want to reinstall ARCserve options on. Replace it in the new installation. That's all for the Windows part. As far as I know UNIX machines don't require separate licenses.

Hope this is what you seek

Odd bugs are normal in ARCserve. You'll get used to it. A reinstall will probably be just a waste of time if you're still new to its quirks.
