i have about 100 fields in a report which shows all the client's information. Except not all records have all this information. I really don't want to code the the query line by line to filter out those that have no data for the fields in the report..

I really hope there is a quicker solution. Do you know of a quicker way?...otherwise fifty pop up boxes come up asking for data and i have to hold down the enter key to get to end product.

there must be a better way.. i don't think i can bring myself to go line by line..

It isn't clear what you are attempting to do. Some examples would help. If a field doesn't have any data, it simply won't show anything in your report. What other behaviour are you expecting?

Are your tables properly normalized?

You only get pop-ups if you put field names in your report's query that don't exist in the base table/query.
