I have somehow inadvertently configured my desktop so that right-clicking the title bar closes the window or program, without any warning message. I use a couple of XP-tweakers (X-teq Setup and TweakUI), but I've trawled through them and can't find any setting that would do this. (It doesn't happen on my laptop.) Any suggestions?

Thanks

Go to control panel and the mouse settings.
If your system has the Microsoft Mouseware installed, you have on the Buttons tab the ability to configure different buttons to do various tasks, one of which is close application.
I would check this out.

I'm afraid that's not it - I use a Logitech mouse, and its right click is set to 'Context Menu/Alternate Select.'
