I have manage a windows 2k - Active Directory network with xp pro clients.

Some of the user are having problems with the system freezing when they try to access files from the server and also when trying to launch outlook. XP Office Profesional suite is loaded directly to their Harddrive and data storage is to a shared directory on one of the servers.

I generally have to cold boot the workstation to fix it temporarily, is there a long term fix for this problem?
