Hi Mutimafc,
I had a similar issue with a NS700 and after speaking with the Pana help desk I had to get a form sent to me and return it to them.
The form is then sent to Japan and after a day or so you will receive a temporary u/n & p/w.
From memory I think you only have a day in which to use it.
It gives you enough time to program a new one.
Wish it had a backdoor.
