I have Internet Explorer ver 5.5

When I try to open a VBD file (activeX document) in IE 5.5,
it runs Microsoft Binder and then Microsoft Binder says that it cannot open the VBD file because it is not a binder file.

The exact error message is: "Office Binder cannot open or create the binder. Close other programs, and check for disk space on the drive that contains your Temp folder. This is not a binder file.

I understand from the documentation is that you use IE 5.5 as a container to run an ActiveX Document.

Can anyone help me on this. Thanx in advance.

I forgot to add that I was using VB 5.0
