I want to install exchange 5.5 on a different server and would like to use the license key I'm currently using. Trouble is I can't find our license key anywhere.

It's running on a windows 2000 server.

Is there a way to find it on the server, like in the registry or something??

thanks but i've tried that already and it doesn't seem to work with exchange 5.5!

You could take this opportunity to upgrade to a supported, newer version of Exchange.

it should be registered through your company at Microsoft. Call them to find your key. probably part of a enterprise agreement

yeah trouble is we are having trouble finding our original invoice!

our users are only using it for their calender so it would be a waster of money to upgrade.

Microsoft should be able to find you by company name and other verifiable information.
