I have dial tone but cannot make a call

I copied an existing 500 phone ext 3155 to a new 500 phone ext 3182. I get a dial tone however i try placing a call to an internal extension and its busy.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You could try UNR in CLS and check the TGAR and NCOS to make sure they are unrestricted.

I think I have it working now...I appreciate all the responses. Now I am configuring 3 extensions as a hunt group. Are there any posts on setting up hunt groups?

just respond to the Hunt prompt. However, your example tn above also had eht set (external hunt).

unlike in other systems where you have to decide if this is circular or linear hunt - you just tell the phone where the next destination is. For example:
If i wanted hunting from A to b to C to D to Voice mail I would;

A set hunt and eht to b
b set hunt and eht to c
c set hunt and eht to d
d set hunt and eht to voice mail extension

Also don't forget to set hta in CLS of each set.
