I have created a template with data tracking to an Excel form and it works great.

When the user hits a command button I would like it to automatically add a new record to the database, not bother to ask me to create a new listing and not bother to save the worksheet everytime. Is this possible?
I'm new at this, but it seems there could be an easier way than the how I'm doing it now.

I searched the query database, and somebody else had asked exactly the same question back in December and got no answer, so I'm wondering if there's actually no way of doing this?

Any help would be appreciated!

gayley,
Your question raises questions.
What do you mean by a template with data tracking?
Do you have a UserForm in Excel?
Is there currently a procedure that "asks" you to create a new listing and save?
What database are you using?

Inquiring minds want to know... :)
