I have created a feedback Form using HTML. Using the Internet Explorer browser, submit button doen't work and
I want to know how to create a feedback form in asp format.
Give me the code.

What do you mean ASP format? A form is a form it all depends what you're doing with the information is what makes it ASP not the form itself. The form you have now can be an ASP form by simply changing the extension to *.ASP
