i have an ibm 365e laptop computer i tried to put autoroute on mylaptop the programme was too big and it wouldn't go on. so, i removed the autoroute that had loaded this brought an error message up on my laptop saying press alt control delete i pressed these and the computer shut down . Now when i turn the laptop on it will not go into safe mode and it keeps asking for a programme of some sort and this symbol comes up at the start of it c:\> i only have a floppy drive can u help me thanx d mills>
