I have been assigned a task to find a good vendor for a maintenance contract .. suggestions?

I have been assigned a task to find a good vendor for a maintenance contract. We currently have an Option 81C with Call Pilot,
as CS1000 with a call pilot and contact center, and an AVAYA 8700.. just from a high level, without getting into software releases and
port counts, blah blah blah.. is there any vendor that stands out above the rest?

Kinda depends on what level of service you are looking for. Lots of good one's out there, make sure they are an Avaya Partner, not just some mom and pop outfit. Also depends on what area you are in whether or not a particular Company is in your area or not.
