I have an RLU system of hipath 4k

I have an RLU system of hipath 4k v.1 and the NCUI card not taking any combination of password like HICOM/HP4K-DEVEL/HP4K-admin/Siemens2000 and so on with username-TRM but didn't get access of card. Kindly suggest some combination of password and if possible then tell me how to reset the password ASAP.


NOTE: I'm at site so please try to provide solution ASAP.

The username/password is setup in the AMO HFAB
Default is TRM/HICOM

Username: TRM
Password: <without>

HFAB was for the early STMI cards configured for HFA phones.

NCUIs were (are) configured under STMIB.

Thanks all of you for replying to my post but i am facing a new problem. As our previous card not working we demand for new card and today we received new ncui card(Q2302-x10) and we access this card and configured as per requirement but our card is not syncing with main server and fastly blinking red led continuously.please help me out from this problem ASAP. Thanks for your help!.

You can see how the modules are supported by the software version HiPath V1.0.

DIS-BGDAT;

You will see the registered number of modules.
If the module number is missing, it means that this module is not supported by SW.

Thanks for all suggestions.we solved the issue and the issue was with main hard disk.we just chnge the hard disk and all it work.
