I have an Option 81 C with a Line side T1 card attached to some IVR software which uses Dialogic Telephony boards. When calls go out on the Dialogic boards on a Long distance trunk, and the far end disconnects, the call is droppped all the way back to the board. However, when calls go out on the same board, through the Local and Toll free trunks, calls disconnect back to the PBX but the disconnect doesnt make it back to the Dialogic board. Any thoughts?

Sorry,(minor detail) The LD lines are DTI and the Local are COT.

Hmmmm I dont like IVR much but check to see if SUPN on the trunks is yes or no. DTI should be yes but you shouldn't need it for the COT's

SUPN is set to Y and NEDC and FEDC are set to Either.
