program your cls for the phone with cfxa and a key with cfw 8 or however many digits you need to make the call make sure the phone has ncos set to allow the call store 9 and the number to be called on the cfw key and activate the key.

And if you are using the forwarding phone (ie: sales persons phone) then you need to make sure you have CFF in CDB

Froward No Answer : you have to enable this option in CLS FNA and at the prompt FDN put the cell phone number.
