I have an office connect 3com route

I have an office connect 3com router that is hooked up to ISDN. In the router config looks like the ISDN Lines are down, but the company has checked them out and they are ok. The network itself is ok as well, no data can get past the router though. The lights also say that the ISDN line is ok. Can ping the router and computers within network, nothing outside though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what kind of office connect router do u have in particular? model, type, part #?

If you can telnet to the local router, can you check that the config is set up correctly? (co ro ip). If so, go to co is nu and type call to dial up manually.
