I have an error with my js popup

I need some help with my pop-up window, when you click onto the flash section of my web site a page opens up with a link to open the flash project as a frameless popup. The thing is the link seems to only work if I refresh the page.

If some one can take a look or have a good Idea on what is causing this problem, please can you help me. I am totally stumped....
