I have a XP Pro and want Exchange Administrator to work properly

Hello everyone

I have a PC with XP Pro SP 1 and have installed Exchange Administrator (our Exchange Server is 5.5 sp 3). I connect to the Exchange Server without problems but when I try to amend a user inbox details it gives the following error:
An unexpected unknown error has ocurred
Mapi or unspecified service provider
id no. 80040605-0000-00000000

Also I am using Outlook 98 and if I want to send a new e-mail to anyone internally it does not pulls out our internal user's addresses???

Any ideas?
