I have a Windows 10 and just downloaded the NS Unified Web Maintenance Console. I have checked my firewall settings and traffic is allowed to and from the NS Unified Web Maintenance Console. When I double-click on "New-Offline Mode(N), choose the NS700, "Please wait a moment" will appear on the screen, disappear and pop up again and then disappear.then will stop by showing "App not found" message. please share your idea.
