I have a user who's 7316 set appear

I have a user who's 7316 set appears to be different than the rest. The line keys appear half way down the left side of the phone instead of the top 5 keys on the same side and the intercom key is second from the bottom on the right side instead of the bottom key on that side. I can't seem to find a way to change this set up. Does anyone know how if there's a way to change this?

The phone with the lines at the bottom instead of the top is probably a T7316 instead of a T7316e

On software 6.1 and up it allowed programming of lines at the top portion for the T716e models.

Otherwise the 5 lower keys on each side of the T7316 models simulate an M7310.
