I have a Toshiba Satellite.. but it doesn´t detect the dc adapter and there is no response for anything... I´ll appreciate any help... Thanks

Forgive me Luiggi2670.

Please post a little more detail - you can never provide too much detail but you can always provide too little.

In the meantime, have you checked the fuse?

Regards.

Based upon what you said, I would assume you probably have a bad power input on your motherboard. It has either worked itself loose from being plugged and unplugged or something probably has burned out in the power system on the MB. I've seen the connector wear out a lot on older Thinkpads. This, of course, assumes that you know the dc (ac?) adaptor is good.

Yo, win98 user, Merry Christmas on ya'!

Where ya' been? :>)

Merry Christmas back 'atcha gargouille (you too Phil).

I did about a week in the sin-bin, now I'm enjoying the holidays and that doesn't include using PC's apparently, lol.

Season's best to you.

I wonder if old Luiggi got his problem solved ;-)

John. It not what you say but how you say it that counts...apparently.
