I have a Table PC with Wireless a connection which was able to get on the internet fine until I tried to Bridge the connections to log on both the Domain and get on the internet.
When that did not work I un-Bridged both adapters and deleted the Bridge as well. Now I can't get on anything. I want to connect to a Linksys Wireless Router.
the IP address is using IPConfig /ALL is as follows:
DHCP Enabled Yes
Auto Configuration Enabled Yes
Auto Configuration IP address 169.254.84.225 <this is now listed on another PC
Subnet mask 255.255.0.0
On another PC that connects just fine I have:
Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.108
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 68.94.156.1
68.94.157.1
I think the problem lies in the Auto Configuration IP address which is not in the other PC.
How do I get rid of it or just fix my connection?
