i have a sudden problem

and before curlycord begins listing my problems, this is a sudden bcm problem
i have a customer who is halfway through a big reconstruction project
and the tradesmen are knocking commercial power and breaks down like its an olympic sport

now i have to get the bcm ready for a 2 week customer relocate while they finish the construction
and i suddenly can't get into the bcm
i tried the nnadmin creds and it says wrong username/ password????
huh?
i tried the username and password i put on near everything i own or look after and it says unknown device type instead of wrong password???
huh???

i'm going on site with 3 of my trust laptops
win07, win8.1 and win10
in case somehow its windows related???

any thoughts on who's screwing with me right now?
