I have a report that shows the first cases of the day. The first case of the day is defined as cases between 7:30 and 10:30. My problem is that when I run the report, if there are two cases in the room, one at 7:30 and the next at 9:30 they both show up.(which it should) Is there a way for me to only get the first case to show in the room?

example:
Rm 1
Dr. Tucker Monday 8:00 8:00
Dr. Tucker Monday 9:10 9:31

Rm 2
Dr. Im Monday 7:30 7:41
Dr. Im Monday 10:00 10:21

Group data by room, sort records by appointment time ascending.

Move records from details to Room group header then suppress details and room group footer.

This will only display first appt for each room

One issue with this way of doing it is that I was counting the delay mins it takes the case to go into the room. When I moved the records to the group header and did the suppressions it's giving me the mins for all of the records. It there anyway to just sum the records that are showing?

example

Room 1
Dr. Tucker Monday 800 8:30 30 mins
Room 2
Dr. Im Monday 10:15 10:30 15 mins
total 45

I figured it out. I just used a running total.
