I have a report generated from a query that includes a field called "host_line_no" This number is a number ssigned by our custumer to each line in the order. The files is 5 digits long (00001). None of the order will ever have more that 99 lines. Is there a way I can eliminate the leading zeros and narrow it down to 2 digits.

Thanks

In a new column of your query, add

MyHostLine:Format([host_line_no],"00")

Then reference this field in a textbox in your Report.

Thanks
