I have a question. I have 4 extensions that are going to have 3 lines that will only ring to those 4 extensions. These phones are not supposed to use the lines in the pool. How do I restrict these 4 extensions from using the lines that are in the pool? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Use FRL to restrict them or don't assign the pool on there phones and do not add the dialout pool code for their extensions.

How do you not assign the pool on their phones. Sorry for not understanding, but I mostly work with Definity's and Partners. I've also been searching for the dialout code and it is escaping me. Thanks for all your help in advance.

If you go into extensions, lines enter the ext number of the set you want to remove the pool from and then just touch one of the lines that belong to the pool that are already on the phone and it will turn the light off and remove the whole pool from the phone. Also, the dialout code I believe is in Extensions too, just page up for the next screen and look for dialout then enter the extension number of the station and hit inspect to see what is assigned and then enter it and hit delete to remove.
