i have a program but needs improving could people help please

I have built a program that looks at a scanned images and calculates the angles and where there are words and where there are not and crops the image and positions it at a better angle.
But i am having a few problems it does work with certain images but others it will crop the text and leave me with half the page created.
If anyone is willing to have a look and make suggestions please reply to this thread and i will send you the java files unfortuantely i don't think i can put attachments on here and the code is too long to put in the thread.

Perhaps you should create a succinct test case, and post that ?
