I have a problem with my FAStT 900 and EXP 700?

When i installed my Fast900 and configure it. It jobed very well, but one day it dosen't see his array.
It give me error 101 on all my operation with FAStT 900. In the Problem determination guide say error 101 is hardware error. I updated firmware in my storage controllers, but updated didn't completed. Storage Manager said error 1005.
Please help me!!!!! I don't know what doing next.
