I have a problem in seeing my linux ....

i use linux for 1 day but i always when i open a window i see some white squares, and when i move awindow the like "drawind" my screen white. i assume the problem is in my resolution or graphic card but i chose the same as my windows whos working well. i also tried to play with it but it only becomes worse.
what can i do ??
 
Hi,

I just can tell you that use the command:

# SuperProbe ... this command will help you with the parameters of your Video Card

#XF86Setup ... this command allow you in graphical mode change the configuration of your video card according with the output of the Superprobe command.

This is a easy way way to change the video resolution.
