I have a mount that is stopping my backup

I have legato 7.1

I still get this from the command line of the unix server when trying to run the save command:

save -v -s kbus01 -b "STD FULL" /


matched internal `mntasm' on `new_stage' for `/new_stage'
creating hidden directory for `/new_stage/'
NFS server dcna02b not responding still trying

I tried to fix the directive with
<< '/new_stage' >>
+skip: . *

I would change the directive as follows:

<< /new_stage >>
+skip: .?* *
