The Automated attendent answers the calls...

Is there a way of having two ext. as the operator? The operator is complaining that she needs help answering the calls sometimes, and was wondering if we could have the calls ring at hers and ext. 37 also. Is this possible?

You can get overflow if you make ext 37 the prime station. Go to system programing, feature settings, DRT to prime, change to Y, then set amount of rings before it goes there.
Now you must go to lines and give each line you want to transfer to prime a station number(37).Default is 21.

Yes. Just program the other phone to have lines ringing. Be sure to make call forward to voice mail higher than Operator's phone and/or Auto Attendant...

Your probably last choice is also use Answer DN which is commonly used befoe Hunt Groups came out, put an Answer DN key on 37 to answer 21.
This method even internal calls to reception will ring at X37. Again make call forward to voice mail on X37 higher than receptions set.
