i have a merlin 1030 and just picked up a classic voice mail from ebay....it looks like the voysus...

is this thing hard to install???
and is it worth it??

Don't waste your time with either of these antiques.
Voysus VM had its problems and I don't know where you would
get support. With the cost of Legend cards so cheap now days, why bother with a 3070.

Voysys is not the most sophisticated voicemail, but is the only one that integrates with older Merlin systems. We still sell and repair these units. You must be certain that the Voysys you bought is compatible with a 1030/3070 Merlin system. If it is a standard 2 or 4-port system it must have the software upgraded to be compatible with your Merlin system.

Search for documentation on Classic Mail which is exactly the same as Voysys.
