I have a IT manager who recently changed laptops and lost client connection to his VM Pro. I turned off the firewall on the Virtual machine that is hosting Voicemail and then we can connect with his laptop. So, Im assuming that a port just needs to be opened up. I found a port matrix for r9.1 but this customer is on 11.0. Is there a port matrix for 11.0 or a batch file that can be run to open the ports up?

- this is the r9.1 port matrix I found.

1. Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 2008 Server
2. Windows XP SP2+ / Windows 2003 SP2+

These are the only two options listed when you run that file.

the batch file works on any windows.
when you run it you will have to choose between the old and new OS'
All it does it enter the exceptions into the firewall.

pleasure.

I run that batch file every time I install Manager or Vm Pro because you never know what the next Windows update will do.
