3 network printers plugged into a hub which is uplinked to a cisco 2621 router. These printer have internal Jet Directs and are static mapped with the right Ip's and Gateway. Bootp in no enabled.

Problem?
Noboby in the store can print to these printers or ping them from thier workstation. Keep in mind, the pcs and printers are plugged into the same hub (cisco 400).

So far I've tried moving cables around changing ports etc..
The configs are right and I have link lights on the hub and Jd's, but still can't print or ping the printers.

Fyi the went out at the same time and the workstation are able to access the net just fine. Thanks..

if they went out at the same time, i'd have a 2nd look at the hub.. or maybe domain settings if it is a domain involved?

Grey your right. We power cycled the hubs the day I posted
and everythng seems to be working. Thanks for the reply..
