I have a database with 4 tables.

One main table contains employed info.
The other 3 tables are related to the main table in a 1 to many relationship.

When I am creating a Form, Access will not let me add all the fields from the 4 tables. (I am not adding the key field and the name field in the child tables).

I can create a table with the main table and one other table, but when I try to create a Form with more than two tables its says its enable to create the form. What gives?

Is this to be a single form showing all info in 1 record? Or a form with subforms?
If it's the former, just create a query and link the primary key in the 3 related tables to the corresponding foreign key in the main table, and base the query on that form. This will give you multiple records for a single employee, which may not be what you want, in which case you'd make separate subforms for the 3 child tables, and drag them into the main form, which will be based on the main employees table. Be sure to set the LinkMaster/LinkChildFields on the proper keys.
