I have a customer with a Micros 370

I have a customer with a Micros 3700 system. He says that his caller ID box (Rochelle) only works with one of his phone lines. It does nothing when one of the other lines rings. Sounds like a bad rochelle box to me.

Any thoughts?

Just switch the boxes and see if the other line starts working. If the other line starts working, then yes its a bad box. If it doesnt work then it could be a lose or faulty cable.
