I have a customer using IX Workplace on his Homeoffice PC and he is part of a Hunt Group for incoming calls. If another user within the Hunt Group answers the incoming call it shows up as a missed call on his IX. It seem that the other remote IX Users see the incoming call but it is not registered as a missed call because another user has answered the call. Is there something that needs to be ticked or unticked on his IX? He is also having an issue with the time being out by one hour.
