I have a customer that switched dia

I have a customer that switched dialtone carriers. He went from six lines down to three lines. Now when he lifts his handset it automatically selects lines 6 as opposed to selecting
123 or 321. Could you tell me the simple process to change the automatic line selection to go to line 1,2,3. Thanks.

Remove lines 4, 5 and 6 from the line pool and change them to public in Trunk/line data. Also unassign the unused lines from all sets in Terminals & Sets.
