has anyone converted a .c11 back to a .wav file successfully? I am trying not to have to redo the auto attendant

Call from your office with VM Pro and use call record to capture the auto attendant answering. Edit the wav file in Audacity to Normalize and Compress and you will have a great quality recording for their new VM Pro.

If it is only one or two files drop them here and i will convert it for you to a .wav file.

if it helps at all I believe Avaya uses SOX on aplication server/Server edditon to do exactly this with system prompts during installation so they can save space on the install DVD.

If you are migrating to a Linux apps server rather than window$ then the tool necessary for the conversion is already in place :)

from a Linux command prompt type max sox for details on how to use

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
