I have a couple of issues if anybody has ran across these issues. Would appropriate any help, Thanks.
1) On the phone display it show status and when I click to see what the issues are it displays:.memory card failure,expansion failure , voicemail failure , voicemail full, voicemail almost full, lic. server failure, system boot error , corrupt date and time. The system seems to work fine, no issues with incoming or outgoing calls, transferring to other extensions, the only issue is the VM is not working, each extension so VM active on phone display. When open the status application it shows the VM boxes as being active and empty.
2)Having issue being able to transfer a call to a outside line. With the caller on the line(line 1) I hit transfer/9-and the cell number(uses line 2) and hit the complete button, but it just beeps and shows Complete or cancel and if I do ether supervised or unsupervised, the call hangs up on line 2.
Iam useing Avaya IP Office 500V2 8.1(latest version of 8.1), Basic edition-Partner Mode: VM:is intuity mode: pc Manager 9.1(latasted version of 9.1)
*****slot 1 : ATM4 V2 DS8 with line module ( 6 1416 phones)( 4 active lines)
*****slot 2 : DTR 6 card (loud bell, paging, 2 analog phones)
*****slot 3 : DS 8 card

Ive shutdown the system(through software) and removed os card and reinstalled and powered up system with no change
